harang-contacts documentation
================================

An `Obsidian <https://obsidian.md>`_ plugin that lets you reference contacts
from a `CardDAV <https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6352>`_ address book
directly from your notes.

Type a dedicated inline syntax and pick a contact from your CardDAV server;
it is rendered as a compact chip (name, and email if the contact has one)
right in the note, and clicking the chip opens a small card with the
contact's full details. The plugin is **read-only** — it never creates,
edits, or deletes anything on your CardDAV server.
